- 10 AM - 1 PM, Brighton, long easy mountain trail run / hike (meet at Bill's at 9AM for a ride). Bring hydration, energy snack, and recovery lunch.
- 7 - 8:30 PM, SHP, skate roll, speed and tech.
TUESDAY 8/23
- 8 - 10 AM, Bill's house, 120' easy road bike ride.
- 4 - 6 PM, SHP, CLASSIC roll, tech and speed (if you're OK w/ it, BRING SKATE ROLLERSKIS to loan to Emma / TUNA kids for a rollerski workout).
WEDNESDAY 8/24
- 8 - 9 AM, Newpark Gym, STRENGTH (meet at Bill's at 7:30).
- 6 - 8 PM, Mill Creek Canyon, long, easy trail run.
THURSDAY 8/25
- 7 - 9+ AM, mouth of RBC, mountain bike / trail ride (team ride / no coach).
- AM/PM (TBA), rollerski equipment mainenance session.
- 7 - 8 PM, SHP, CLASSIC roll, specific strength, double pole session.
FRIDAY 8/26
- 8 - 9 AM, Newpark Gym, STRENGTH (meet at Bill's at 7:30).
- PM, rest, active rest, or make up missed training.
SATURDAY 8/27
- 7 - 9 AM, Brighton, CLASSIC roll, Guardsman Pass TT.
- PM, light STRENGTH, OYO!!!!!
SUNDAY 8/28
- AM, easy distance / OD OYO or TBA (possible CLASSIC roll and run, Mtn Dell Canyon --> Big Mt. Pass --> Summit Park).
- PM, Light STRENGTH, OYO!!!!!
